Gaz's Pool Party at Pure;
If you haven't heard of Gaz from Geordie Shore, then you probably don't watch the TV program and you might not own social media. Gaz is known for his tendency to "pull birds" also known as women, drink excessive amounts of alcohol with his fellow Newcastle born and bred housemates in the Geordie Shore house and to party for whatever reason possible.
Gaz is a legend in some eyes. People love him, people hate him, there are many mixed views. I for one knew about his opening of a pool party in Zante and I was pretty excited about it! As we had strolled up and down the busy touristy shops full of touristy people, we found a bronzed and toned up guy who told us all about it and what it had to offer.
It sounded great - a party around the pool, a guest appearance and DJ act from the afternoon into the early night, a BBQ and plenty of alcohol - an offer we couldn't refuse, and something else to say we had done in Zante. So we grabbed 4 tickets and set off to carry on our shopping trip. This guy had also mentioned there would be a MTV appearance to film the party - so we were pretty hyped up!
We arrived at Pure to collect our tickets the following few hours later... what can we say, it was friggin' awesome! Clean, fresh and ready to be filled with bronzed young girls and boys for an awesome night on the Saturday - just 2 days after we arrived!
Amazing music from the one and only Sigma - who performed his brand new single with Paloma Faith: Changing. I love all types of music, but I especially love House and Dance music so I had an absolutely mental evening with my friends!
The crowd was crazy. People standing on the stage, dancers around Sigma, being a meter away from Gaz causally and you could barely move an inch, but it was amazing!
Finished by champagne showers, free bottles of booze and a hyped vibe across the whole party. We were definitely ready for a shower, s t i c k y as ever! Tip - never get champagne on your clothing, it stinks. Really bad. We took in turns for the shower, made ourselves slightly more presentable and got ready to hit the strip! Roll on night 3...

This seems like my kind of party! I would love to attend a party there anytime. This time though, I’d be celebrating in a very close fashion. I think that there are a lot of great New York Event Venues where I can celebrate. Cheers to having a great time!
