The Total Truth About Zante: Greek Holiday Destination;

Each night would bring a new story, something new to talk about once we had woken up from our 3 hour sleep. We got in at about 5 each morning. I think our latest night was when Keeley hurt her arm. Oh my gosh, that night was the best.

Nearer to our last couple of days, we had set out for a night of fun and adventure as we had done all week. I think we were beginning to become immune to the cocktails at the hotel, so we drank like fish and didn't feel a thing. New people arrived at the hotel, so it was only fair to show them about on their first night.., right?

We all head over to have pre-drinks and made it to the strip. Each night would begin at about 1am in the morning, it's pretty strange but it's how it's done in foreign countries. From bar to bar with drink to drink, we ended up in our favourite place. Zeros. Zeros is great, it's full of life and character. Next to Zeros is Rescue which is equally as exciting. But... the night would always finish with a bang in Cherry Bay.

The best bar in Zante by far!!!!! Everybody shouting "Cherry, cherry, cherry fu**in Bay!" That place brings back great memories. Good times, good music and plenty of bar dancing, Cherry Bay was right on the beach if you wanted to skinny dip. So, we did...

CHERRY BAY by day... a lovely beach side cafe come bar with good views of the sand, sea, bikini bathers and golden guys. Refreshing.

And by night... absolute carnage, The Full Moon Party, pictured below, is something that we did not attend. Each week they create this epic night full of drunks and wild funny people and we heard nothing but good stories the next day!

This night we were the drunkest we had ever been throughout the holiday. We made our way to the beach wall, a place we would commute near the end of each night. We were swaying with highness of life, drinks in our hands and trying to pose for cute group pictures and failing quite famously. Next thing we know...

Keeley is on the sand, she has only gone and fallen off the wall. The 20cm maximum wall. What an absolute doughnut. Ok, so I'm not heartless at all. But Keeley had often been quite the moaner throughout the holiday. Something was up nearly all of the time, so I wasn't so sure this was actually happening... maybe the booze had a slight blame to that?

So myself, Jazz and Lauren went to go grab some pizza. The pizza in Zante is the best you will ever taste!!!!! Big Boi's pizza, if you ever go, please promise you'll try it. Meanwhile the group of newbies took Keeley to the medical centre. We decided to arrive a short half an hour later to find Keeley in tears.

The doctor explained that she was actually hurt, and she had a "Hair line fracture" in her wrist. Needless to say, we felt extremely guilty. Jazz to the rescue got a quad back to the hotel and everything was fine, other than a caster plaster on Keeley's arm for the duration of the holiday! Lol.
