Top 7 Travel Blogs: Must Follow

My obsession with travel might come as no shock if you have read through my profile before. I quite literally think I'm obsessed. Any subject turns into talking about travel or where I'd like to go, or I'm constantly day dreaming about the magical cities I've never seen but love so much.

For quite a few months now I have began to be more involved in the internet and blogging. I'd never looked into it too much whilst growing up, I think I was more into Tumblr and social media. Now, I'm following 50+ blogs - most of which about travel.

The blogs I follow are dedicated to adventure travel and people who explore, not just visit countries. I'm really interested in reading about what people actually get up to whilst exploring the world, how they spend their time and the stories that follow.

However, I have now started to follow Blogger profiles to gain more inspiration.

Which brings me to tell you about My Top 6 Travel Blogs:

  • #1 my favourite - Hectic Travel by Pete and Dalene Heck - are a married couple who have grown together whilst house sitting across the world in many different countries - how amazing! They are out to excite their readers and support anybody who visits their site, it's 110% worth a read. Their post cards... wow.
  • #3 - http://www.molliebylett.com/ Mollie Bylett blog - I follow Mollie on Blogger, Twitter, Instagram... honestly, I'm obsessed in the most non-creep way possible! She spends her time travelling to different countries, aided with Travel Companies trials and a nifty Go-pro to show us everything she got up to, the hidden gem places and the best of each city.
  • #2 - The Adventure Blog by Kraig Becker - he's truly amazing. From hiking, to mountain spotting and rainforest exploring, this guy really knows how to treat his viewers.
  • #3 - Adventurous Kate by Kate McCulley - this woman is definitely an inspiration. She quit her job to travel the world alone! How awesome is that! She's always there when you need to feed your travel stomach, she helps her readers with any questions, too.
  • #4 - Expert Vagabond by Matthew Karsten - I'm not lying here, I could honestly spend hours reading through his posts! Check him out and "Travel the world" with Matthew.
  • #5 - Adventure Journal by Steve Casimiro - It's a thrill-seeker's ultimate field guide — everything from a list of the most intense ski trails to a photo journal of a 233-mile run through the American Southwest — plus the gear you need to do it all.
  • #6 Nomadic Matt - Matt gives you the in's and outs of how to travel, he guides you into traveling solo and can change your whole aspect on the world of exploration. Go ahead, click on the link to find out more!
So, those are my top 6 travel blogs of which are definitely worth a read. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. If you have any experiences or any blogs you love to read, post a comment - I'd love to hear about them!

Until next time...
